Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC is pleased to welcome Heidi J. Gassman to its team. Ms. Gassman received her undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Washington in 1993 and her Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University in 1996. She focuses her practice on general construction law, and enjoys representing developers, general contractors, and design professionals in construction disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gassman was a sole practitioner in Seattle, Washington, where she represented builders, developers, general contractors, and design professionals in various construction-related matters, including construction defect disputes, and consultation for complex contract review and risk management. Ms. Gassman has presented seminars to contractors and design professionals on construction law and business law, and has taught continuing education courses for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Seattle. She has also served as the chair of the Practice and Ethics Committee for the Seattle AIA.
